We clean, pill the ripened mangoes, squeeze out the pulp.

Mango pulp is spreaded on white cotton cloth sheets to dry in the sun.

After the first layer is dried, another layer is spreaded over and allowed to dry.

The process is repeated until the desired thickness is reached. While drying for several days

to ensure that you get well dried ones on both the sides. 

The dried leather cut into pieces and desi Ghee applied on it so that the shelf life is longer.
