| We trim and wash Arikonch leaves. |
| Apply a thick paste of Black Gram flour ( Urad Dal Besan ) over the leaves to stick one above another. |
| Roll and cut into slices. |
| Dry them to ensure that you get well dried ones on both the sides so that the shelf life is longer. |

Steam or boil marinated dried Arikonch for 15-20 minutes. |

Deeply fry the slices. |

Fry mixture of spices with yellow mustard paste. |

Pour water to make curry texture. |

Put Arikonch slices and boil. |

Lastly mix lemon juice and serve. |
