We clean and wash Urad and pulverize to make Urad flour..Urad dal flour is mixed with water churned untill a sample product gets floated over water ( Traditional procedure to ensure the churning process completion ).
We give shape on sheet made of bamboo. While drying for several days to ensure that you get well dried ones on both the sides so that the shelf life is longer.
