| Preparation |
We clean, pill and grate the ash gourd, squeeze out the excess water.
Grated ash gourd is mixed with urad dal flour churned untill a sample product gets floated over water ( Traditional procedure to ensure the churning process completion ).
We give shape on sheet made of bamboo. While drying for several days to ensure that you get well dried ones on both the sides so that the shelf life is longer.
